Acceptance

By using saver.app, you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

What this site offers today

The only service we offer through saver.app at the moment is the waitlist. The Saver iOS app, and the service it will connect to, are not yet available. These terms will be expanded before launch to cover the app's behaviour.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to consent to having your email processed under the law of your jurisdiction. Don't sign up someone else.

Acceptable use

Use the waitlist form for its purpose: joining the list with an email address you control. Don't try to break the form, scrape the site, or submit other people's addresses.

Intellectual property

Saver, the Saver wordmark, and the design and copy of this site belong to Saver. You may share a link to the site freely. You may not republish the design or the copy without our written permission.

As is

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it online, working, and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it always will be.

Changes

These terms will be updated as the product takes shape. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page; waitlist subscribers will receive an email when a change affects them.

Governing law

Jurisdiction will be set with counsel before launch. Until then, treat the section above as a statement of intent.
